tell you what, seeing you're so chummy with him, feel free to publish on here what Ian gets by way of expenses, and then lets compare that "amazingly high" figure with what Clyde's average weekly wage is this season - you up for it? Nah, thought not!

Take it he would be one of the lower earners then? Why on earth would you ask anyone how much they earn, bit rude wouldn't you say? Besides, it's common knowledge that the "expenses" on offer covers more than any actual out of pocket owings to players.

I think you're confusing rumour with knowledge - if you have "knowledge" that "expenses exceed outlay" then you would have evidence to prove it...................but of course you don't, so please don't insult the intelligence of P&B posters with your purile wind-up attempts - that's best left to real pros like Shaggro and the_bully_wee rather than a novice like yourself

God calm down deary, protesting too much perhaps? Not at the wind up, although if your being that sensitive it's probably better to not bring up the bonus payments. Surely theres more important things to worry about anyway, like trying to use a part of the stadium that actually gives spectators a half decent view of the pitch.

Maybe just concentrate on Clyde whoring their arse to the next town/area who will completely ignore their existence.

My second cousin was out drinking with Derek Ferguson two weeks ago and Deeko was saying Wee Bassa is buying Clyde out and planning to move to the old Tinto Park. Gen up ;)

As opposed to scrounging an existence from the S.F.A and being ignored by the locals for decades?

We're very much the North Lanarkshire Council to the SFA's Clyde. They are our bitches and pay for use of our land. Nice newly built social club we've got as well. It's not a chain pub a 10 minute walk away from any living human being, I'll grant you, but I'm happy enough with it.

Pretty certain Queen's would do just as well if the SFA left. Corporate facilities at Hampden, lease of the stadium for live events and so forth they'd be grand. Even if they started playing their games at Lesser and whoring out Hampden once a month to whoever has a gig coming up.

at last............an opposition fan who actually understands the reality of the situation, but perhaps given time the itinerants will finally work it out for themselves

Reckon it'd just be bulldozed for housing in the unlikely event that the SFA moved out. We'd simply take the money made from Hampden being made into housing and bank it. We already own another stadium/social club, so wouldn't have to bother about going cap in hand to local authorities and pub teams in the unlikely event that it ever happened.

Edinburgh City at Meadowbank in the what-the-f**k cup. Decent early run out for the new players. Pitch a bit far away for the Gretna Six though.

Aye. Couldn't really have picked a better draw. Ground that we're never at, decent day out and realistic prospect of victory.

Good luck to him, would be some achievement buying a club that can't be sold

From the Clyde OS....

'Clyde FC, Community Interest Club is a new start for the club we all support and a unique opportunity for you to become a part of its next chapter, by joining up and guiding it to greater things on the pitch and to becoming the major focus of the community's sporting life .'

Delete focus. Insert destroyer. The CIC is making a much better job of pissing off every potential new supporter in the area.

Just noticed Hibs have drawn Rangers at home. Hopefully they'll play on the Sunday. Utter carnage if two big Glasgow teams hit that end of town at the same time
