Judging by the Walking Down the Halbeath Road Thread you should maybe keep away from any sort of sugary stuff for a while! As BallochSonsFan says, putting the honey jar in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes first should get it runny enough to not crystalise.

As a special treat, Mrs a-p got us smoked salmon to have with our scrambled eggs this morning. But she forgot to get the lemon to squeeze on top. How I’m going to make it through til lunchtime I don’t know...

Have lost a nearly 2 stone this year and as a result my medium adult sized clothes are far too big for me and I’m too skint to buy new clothes.
