Cheers for that, I assumed it must have been difficult to reach since there were only 300 dandies there, but with Croatia being so popular with tourists now I didn't expect it to be as difficult a route as that. I'd imagine it would be a cracking place to be though. One of those the travelling times and cost seems like it's worth every penny and minute now you know the result. Hopefully get a decent draw for the fans tomorrow.

It's one if those that yeah Croatia is cheap to get to and if you'd had holidays booked for a week in Croatia to fly out on Tuesday and back next Tuesday you'd have got it for next to nothing if you'd booked three months ago. However. Trying to get there for three days on a weeks notice and the flight companies see demand going up they just charge through the roof.

I was checking out prices for Croatia flights and holidays way before the draw, and weirdly it's one of the most expensive places in Europe to go. Still, a shitty turn out from the Dons.

To be fair, that's as many wins in one European game as the mighty Rangers managed in their last 25. Surely something worth celebrating.

Steady now Craig. This isn't true. Still, The Ps&Ds like their wee dramas.

Aberdeen fans, does that rate as your best european game in recent times? Imo it's better than humping that team 4-0 and drawing with Bayern. Don't know if I've missed any.

Which part of it isn't true? Aberdeen have won 1 of their last 1 European matches. Rangers won 1 of their last 25 European matches.

The first three should be achievable. Don't know anything about the Turkish side. The fifth team will be Kairat Almaty, who Saints should have been playing last night... ( :( )

They'll be a tough nut to crack, having pumped Red Star Belgrade in round one and signing the likes of Tymoschuk in recent weeks!

Jesus fucking god. Aberdeen won a game and P&B goes tonto.

They have 2 European trophies, apparently so today's result should be no surprise.

Still, so much jizz over so little.

Excellent result and a furious (and no doubt jealous) Rangers fan infecting the thread.

Glorious.

:)

Looking at the Turkish team on wikipedia, they finished 4th in the league last year, and have ex Inter and Newcastle midfielder Emre. Probably best avoided.
