If the fixtures guy can't arrange it so that teams aren't left to play the same club twice at this stage then he should admit his faults and schedule games the best way possible. If that means back to back so be it!

So despite the 2 clubs requesting the game still no fixture less than a week before ko

No wonder folk think there is something going on

How hard can it be ?

Both teams are idle & both teams want the game played get your head out the sand & schedule it sir

Correct back to back means nothing at this time of season...if games have to be played, they have to be played. Both teams are idle, play the game ffs

Just sent the west secretary an email asking for a game against Troon on Saturday. See what happens. Our club site suggested we give it a try.

Well done, need more sensible people like yourself. Perhaps we can do what fitba clubs are supposed to do, play fitba. Fancy the job of fixtures secretary ?

Nah, you're alright mate, it would be mayhem if I tried to do it. It can get a whole lot worse, trust me. I think one of the Ayrshire lads should go for it. Prevent any favouritism! ????

Nothing on the west site as yet.

A sensible decision if so although with only 4 days notice for possibly Shotts biggest game of the season

It's on the West "Forthcoming Fixtures" page now.

Right, it's now simple, well not THAT simple. To be safe, all Kilbirnie need to do is draw against Talbot.

See? Simple but not actually that easy. Let's get behind them next Saturday
