WaffenThinMint Posted March 25, 2015 Share Posted March 25, 2015 As if we'd not known already, tonight must have extinguished the hopes of even the wildest eyed optimist that Brora Rangers could be stopped by Turriff after being mauled by Nairn. With first and second foregone conclusions, the race for third at least offers a photo finish. Fraserburgh head the list, but the chasing pack of Wick, Cove, Charlie Banger's Circus and Formatine all have the games in hand to catch up. Jimmy Shaker Posted March 26, 2015 Share Posted March 26, 2015 Cove could have romped to a win last night if they'd bothered themselves but couldn't find it in themselves to get past the Broch. With a cup final coming up for Cove you'd expect them to ease off and focus on that. Wick likewise. Fraserburgh are in third currently but have played the most games of all the sides in the race for third and have only two games left this season. Locos are dropping like a stone these days.
