The Great Big Kilmarnock Thread

I'm genuinely thrilled that he's joining Killie.  He's one of our top prospects and has looked really good for Canada in the games he's played.  By all reports he has done well for Liverpool U23's as well so it's time he got some first team game time for a top coach and with some experienced teammates.

Hopefully he learns a lot and does well

As a Celtic fan, how worried are you about him helping Stevie Clarke to end 10-in-a-row?

That I am not worried about, I think Celtic's business has been stronger, I think he has a good chance of helping Kilmarnock to 2nd though

Very good end to the transfer window for Killie.
Think they’re finished?

Not sure mate..... SC plays his cards close to his chest, he said at today presser he was working on one more which looks like it was Miller.

I wouldn't be surprised if Mulumbu arrived nearer midnight, if he doesn't end up elsewhere.....

Don't think Mulumbu will be back tbh. We could do with cover in midfield though. Suspensions and injuries will mount up as the season goes on. I was surprised we let big Wilson go out on loan. That boy is going to be a very good player. Can he be recalled from loan if needed?

He wouldn't be eligible to play......

Agreed that we need a centre-mid therefore Wilson is a curious one. However, Mulumbu is an absolute non-starter.

For decades the cheeks have made signings purely to weaken the opposition and we've earned the right to be considered direct rivals. No chance they'd voluntarily arm us further.

Mulumbu was great, but there were issues, principally his discipline and his fitness.

Tell me, have we missed him? Have Celtic benefited by signing him?

Due to Power and Dicker, no, and Mulumbu wouldn't get a sniff with those two eligible. But that day is coming and he'd be spectacular cover.

Just can't see it, though I'd be delighted to be proved incorrect.

Thanks very much for sending Dom Thomas back our way. In a pretty miserable season he's been one of very few positives and, without him, I wouldn't really have given us much hope of avoiding a second consecutive relegation.

Glad to hear it. Everybody knows that there's a player in there. Great feet.

Is he the new Stevie Murray though? That's the doubt and it's up to him to answer it.

That is a very good comparison actually. Very, very good.

Celtic sent Ryan Christie on loan to Aberdeen in each of the last two seasons despite being in direct competition with them for the title.

And McGeough, and Henderson and Allen.

Was looking for sheep bites. Wouldn't be the worst signing in the window though. emoji57.png
