killie_lad Posted December 17, 2019 Share Posted December 17, 2019 I get the impression the Killie board have bought into the same hype that their fans on here did, wildly out proportion expectations and delusions about the size of the club.Tell me one thing he’s done that a run of the mill manager couldn’t do. Knocked out of Europe by welsh farmers, knocked out of the cup by a pish hibs team that were even worse at the time, barely above livi and Ross county who themselves are having an okish season, teams playing awful football, not interested, 1 win in 9, lost to Ross county, thrashed by livi, drew to a dreadful St Johnstone, beaten by accies already this season and only drew with them when they went down to 10 men after 30 mins. Too 6 is a decent season for a club like in Killie in general but there’s very little to be positive about this season. He came across as a really nice guy who was passionate about the game and getting Killie into the best possible position. Definitely don’t think the results warranted the sack. Called Angelo the best manager in Scotland in an interview after he was appointed, then bins him 6 months later.
