Guest
Not a lot of talk about this one, yet another tricky tie for Talbot to negotiate on a postage size pitch, lets hope we don't have the rockets getting launched at us from the tenements this time. Think this will be close as the home side appear to be half decent and look like coming up to the top division. Despite everything though Talbot to go through with a narrow win! nittin bull
Just watch out for cans of cider flying past your head and the total disrespect showing to the away supporters by shettleston committee and fans (scum).
fan of the juniors
Comfortable away win Last time we were there no home fans were present or if they were they didn't make much noise Think they might be a tad scared of the big bad Ayrshire folk so talbot will be fine lol LADESIDE

HTG
Tight pitch will suit Talbot's kick and rush approach I suspect.
posterboy
Here was me thinking it is the team on the pitch that does the winning. Apparently it's the fans!

RobRoyGuy
Make no mistake about it this is a good shettleston team. The boy McCormack up front is a whippet and works his socks off big time. The Talbot defence won't get a minutes peace. Anson is carrying a bit of weight but with the players round about him he is a danger. Keeper is decent as well and they don't concede many goals .At home they could turn anyone over as they proved beating Newtongrange. Saying that this is Talbot and they have a habit of making light work of these kind of ties. Shug the Shettleston manager though is a bit of a fruit cake(always produces decent well motivated teams) the Talbot bench will be safe it's the officials that will get it ha. Dipple burn
The last time we were up one of the lads asked what kind of soup was on sale. The Weegie behind the counter barked out "Rat" Inbred tosser didn't tell us if it was cream of rat or a rat broth!
blue eyes
No sour grapes . Best of luck to Talbot from Newtongrange.

HTG
One would expect that one would be concentrating on their own teams inadequacies. One would also expect that a bigger pitch would suit Talbots excellent football as proved against the Gentry from Linlithgow in the final not that long ago. :-) one has spent many a long hour focusing on one's own mob's inadequacy and felt it refreshing to hurl a hook somewhere else but ye have always goat to take it too far. If by excellent you define hurling a 70 yard diagonal repetitively then you were outstanding.
Meadowman86
I wonder if they'll do what they did v Meadow a few years ago and reduce the width of the pitch to the size of a 7 a-side pitch!
