Rap Baget
Now that Gavin Tainsh has single handedly cost his team the title by missing a couple of sitters on Saturday and Easthouses indiscipline has FINALLY caught up with them, is it now a 2 horse race for the premier division title? Lothian are still favourites having 7 of their last 8 games at home but think it will go down to the last day of the season with Leith and Lothian playing each other. theref
I think there is plenty of twists and turns to come ,,,ALL teams in this league can beat each other on the day as results have already shown Leith , easty , lthv, tynecastle are all still in there Leith are favourites for me ,,points on the board and an easier run in ,,plus lots of Under 21s/20s to pull up If required Tynecastle games in hand but need to win them all Lothian,,,if and its a big if they get their injured players back ,,( I noted both Wringe and Keane came back on saturday ) they may have a chance but home advantage means little on the rotten saughton pitch Easty ,,for football sake I hope they don't win it but for a team that play to their limited game plan they could do it depending how many red cards they rack up exciting stuff
HibeeJibee
Easthouses are clearly in the title race, they're 5pts behind with 1 game in hand, and their remaining 8 games: H v Coldstream, Craigroyston, Leith and A v Civil Service (twice), Lothian, Spartans Eos, Tynecastle. Mixed bag, but home versus 2 relegation battler and still head-to-heads with Leith and Lothian means all to play for. Leith have a fairly similar schedule: H to Craigroyston (twice), Lothian and A to Easthouses, Civil Service, Spartans Eos, Tynecastle. Lothian somewhat more home games: H to Civil Service, Coldstream, Easthouses, Spartans Eos, Stirling Eos, Tynecastle and A to Leith, Stirling Eos. Tynecastle & Civil Service are both a much bigger ask, 14pts & 13pts behind respectively with only 3 & 2 games in hand.
PabloDiablo
One thing is for sure. It won't be Spartans EoS lifting the trophy. #gang

PabloDiablo
leith are very good defensively but if any of their strikers get injured and they have to rely on reserve Euan Campbell. I think they'll struggle. That lad could fall in a barrel of tits and come out sucking his thumb.
Rap Baget
Is that the same Euan Campbell that has 4 Alex Jack winners medals, 3 promotions and is Leiths all time record goalscorer??? He must be shite!! The Leith jealousy must stop now...FACT!! I'm sure there will be a lot of people out there hoping we fail this season but regardless how many trophies we win we have achieved something most people never thought possible..., we've got Riddel a bird Rap Baget(EOS legend, P&B legend and official conqueror of Cheltenham Day 1)
Rap Baget
Another defeat for the hooses on Tuesday and yet another late goal conceded, hardly surprising considering the squads average weight is 16stone and that includes the bulimic 6 stone Gavin tainsh!! The leagues over lads, just get back on the morellis diet Rap baget(chairman of the leith fat club)

theref
after seeing the amount of games in April ,,,,,its a one horse race LEITH to win by at least 9 points none of the chasing pack have the squad numbers to mount a serious challenge with unavailability/injuries/suspensions /
old as fcuk
First division is shaping up to be an interesting finish as well. Duns, Ormiston and Peebles all fighting for it.
HibeeJibee
Heriot-Watt too. They're 4pts behind Duns with 1 game in hand - and 10pts behind Ormiston with 3 games in hand. Manager seems to have conceded title chase according to EEN articles but still aiming for promotion.
Duns Fan
Heriot-Watt too. They're 4pts behind Duns with 1 game in hand - and 10pts behind Ormiston with 3 games in hand. Manager seems to have conceded title chase according to EEN articles but still aiming for promotion. Also Duns and Peebles have two games in hand over Ormiston. If the top three lose points then HW are right back in it! Will be a very interesting couple of months.
HibeeJibee
In terms of head-to-heads Heriot-Watt still has to face Duns home-and-away, Ormiston away and Peebles away. Duns still has to face all 3 home-and-away. Ormiston still has to face both Duns plus Peebles home-and-away, and Heriot-Watt at home. Peebles still have to face both Duns plus Ormiston home-and-away, and Heriot-Watt at home. To round things off the Premier relegation run-in: Craigroyston (16pts, -24, have 5 games to play) Sat 21 Mar - Leith (A) Sat 4 Apr - Tynecastle (H) Sat 18 Apr - Leith (A) Wed 29 Apr - Stirling Uni EOS (H) Sat 9 May - Easthouses (A) Stirling Uni EOS (14pts, -18, have 7 games to play) Sat 21 Mar - Tynecastle (H) Wed 1 Apr - Lothian Thistle (H) Sat 4 Apr - Spartans EOS (H) Sat 11 Apr - Civil Service (A) Wed 29 Apr - Craigroyston (A) Sat 2 May - Lothian Thistle (A) Sat 9 May - Coldstream (H) Coldstream (11pts, -29, have 7 game to play) Sat 21 Mar - Civil Service (H) Sat 4 Apr - Lothian Thistle (A) Sat 11 Apr - Tynecastle (A) Sat 18 Apr - Easthouses (A) Wed 29 Apr - Tynecastle (H) Sat 2 May - Spartans EOS (H) Sat 9 May - Stirling Uni EOS (A)

HibeeJibee
Well well... here's the table and the run-in now, AFAICS, after Easthouses beating Leith today. Barely slip cigarette paper between them. 1 Leith P19 37pts, +24 2 Easthouses P18 37pts, +18 3 Lothian P18 36pts, +21 Leith - Craigroyston (H), Spartans EOS (A), Tynecastle (A), Civil Service (A), Lothian (H) Easthouses - Coldstream (H), Lothian (A), Tynecastle (A), Civil Service (A), Spartans EOS (A), Craigroyston (H) Lothian - Tynecastle (H), Easthouses (H), Civil Service (H), Stirling Uni EOS (H), Leith (A) + Stirling Uni EOS (A) postponed during the week
PabloDiablo
don't think Leith will win it now, outclassed by Easthouses today, Leith coaching staff let their players down bigtime today, childish outbursts towards the ref. (who had a good game) think it's fair to say, Leith sidelines, not the players have a gang mentality. Coach Paul is an embarrassment to a very good club, riddel should sack the guy as he's absolutely clueless.
