Austin316
Mcglaughin needs to do his squats or he's out of pro football next season. Adequately skilful for this level but weak body holds him back. I'd suggest this for starters... One session: Squat (4 x 10 reps) Leg Press (3 x 10 reps; 2 x 1 rep gravity eccentric max time) Leg pess machine Calf raises (4 sets of 10 reps, 1 second concentric, 4 seconds eccentric each rep) Hamstring curl (4 x 10) Next session: Leg Press (4x 10) eg pess machine Calf raises (4 sets of 10 reps, 1 second concentric, 4 seconds eccentric each rep) Hack Squat machine 3x10 Hamstring curl (4 x 10) Quad extensions, 3 x 10 reps at 1 s concentric, 4 s eccentric

Iain
I do think the players should be getting put on personalised training programs, but this was a bit weird.

SFC1884
Money worries or not we've signed Celtic youngster Paul McMullan on loan until the end of the season (confirmed on Celtic's Twitter account) and Stephen Hughes is set to play tomorrow too! Slightly more optimistic now we have a bit of quality out wide and a competitor in centre mid.
Francesc Fabregas
Stephen Hughes, aye? Where did you read that? He was pretty hand in spells for East Fife last year but his mojo seemed to go the moment he signed for Dundee. Could he be the new Eric Paton? God, I hope so. SFC1884
Tomorrow I'd play: Smith; Summers, Lithgow, McMillan, Duncan; Watt, Hodge, Millar, McMullan; Dickson; McMenamin However I can't see that happening. It'll be something along the lines of: Fleming; Lithgow, Meechan, McMillan, Summers; Hodge, Hughes, Faulds; Dickson, McMenamin, Eddington Lose tomorrow and there will be an even greater sense of apathy and depression. C'mon Stenny.
