Booker-T
Tunisia are 6/5 to beat Cape Verde Islands. Tunisia are unbeaten in 6 and have won against Egypt and Senegal in this run, drawing 1-1 with impressive Algeria too. Cape Verde have lost to the likes of Zambia and Mozambique in recent months. The Cape Verde squad have apparently been looking out of sorts in recent games, even though they did beat Congo 3-2 in their last game. cheers

Can see the logic but personally I'd avoid this one, Tunisia are too short here and Cape Verde are better than the odds suggest. Cape Verde finished ahead of Tunisia in WC qualifying but were deducted points.

Cape Verde finished ahead of Tunisia in WC qualifying but were deducted points. Oh, hadn't realised that. Was going to go big but not so sure now. I'd been hearing over the last few games Cape Verde had been all over the place running around like headless chickens so that made me look into it lol. throbber
Won a hundred yesterday and have stuck a tenner on an unadventurous west ham/city double with BTTS at about 12/
Killiesquirrel
Woke up to an extre £25.44 this morning, if you were a hooker I'd shower you with crisp £1 notes. But you're not (that I know of) so I've stuck £5.44 on Genoa, AcMilan, Fiorentina, West Ham and Man City. Nothing but pure click and hope with the Italian games and just to keep an interest today. The other £20 is reserved for Dundee United away to St Morren on Wednesday. Get yer quid notes ready.. Think I may go for West Ham for my 6>G and i've already Lumped on Tunisia on a single. Tunisia have had problems with accommodation, but they have been battling through it and have been training and the coach reckons their preparation is going well. The Cape Verde coach thinks Tunisia are the strongest and most physical team in the group, aswell as the most technical too. Tunisia beat CV 3-0 last time they met (although it was 17 months ago). Tunisia are also 4th favourites for the full tournament. Seems an alright price to back for me.
Killiesquirrel
Tunisia went up 1-0 and CV got a questionable penalty 13 minutes from time. Dems da breaks.
welshbairn
Hard lines, but Cape Verde should have finished it off in the first half.
Killiesquirrel
Yeah was hearing the Tunisians never got going until the second half. Ah well, I'm glad I read up and knew what I was betting on rather than betting blind - there's money to be made in the long term that way.

Ah well, I'm glad I read up and knew what I was betting on rather than betting blind - there's money to be made in the long term that way. I'm not sure about that, the bookies have way more information and statistical tools than we have, the only advantage for us is local knowledge or recognizing when to bet against the majority of punters, when the bookies have to skew the odds in your favour. Trying to beat the bookies on research would be a full time job and you'd be making money on tiny margins on huge stakes. That's my spectacularly unsuccessful theory anyway.
