Yous have lost a good manager in my opinion so just don't replicate your mistakes,got a feeling your lack of understanding surrounding ethics means yous will! I think you will find it wasn't Hurlford that took the brunt of the flack but Henderson himself for the way he conducted himself around the whole affair.
