WhatsUpDoc Posted January 8, 2015 Share Posted January 8, 2015 Decided to take in last nights game, plenty of goals which was entertaining however what a wet and cold night - man flu is upon me. Have to say City were very good but was surprised with Preston, I like the guy Kirk and seems to have had a very positive impact but some of his decisions last night were questionable to say the least. Firstly the formation, 3 at the back!!!! I seen the Spartans v Preston and they were excellent so don't understand why he set up so offensive last night, surely a defensive cautious approach trying to frustrate City would have been more effective again and I thought it lead to the scoreline. Also thought the Preston keeper was awful and think he could have done alot better with a few of the goals in first half, no chance the second half though - am I right in saying he is the Ex-Spartans keeper who was third choice behind Swain and young keeper?
