July

New management team are finally introduced and get off to a flying start with a penalty shoot out derby win over Airdrie in the Challenge Cup.

Aug

Rovers prove a match for championship side Livingston in the League Cup but this time lose out in the penalty shoot out.

League campaign kicks off with a confident home win against Annan but is followed up by a loss to promotion rivals Arbroath.

Drop out of Challenge Cup after a midweek defeat at Stranraer.

Chairman John Devlin resigns after a high profile but controversial stint.

Sep

Rovers hit form in the league with some impressive displays but finish the month with an uncharacteristic home defeat to The Shire.

Average crowds at Cliftonhill are up 50% on previous seasons, partly down to the Pay What You Can scheme.

Oct

Scottish Cup duties see Rovers take on Shelley Kerr's Stirling University side running out comfortable winners.

Month wraps up with an emphatic 4-0 away win at Borough Briggs.

Off the park progress continues with various facility improvements.

Nov

Terrific month for Rovers with a sequence of strong performances in the league including key wins over promotion rivals Arbroath and QP.

Further progress in the Scottish Cup after an away win over the Spiders at Broomfield.

Darren Young deservedly collects League 2 manager of the month but also drops out of the team through injury.

Rovers stabilised in the promotion hunt and play off positions.

Dec

Young's absence from injury coincides with a loss in form and an exit from the Scottish Cup at home to Berwick after a hard fought replay.

A disappointing 0-0 draw at home to Montrose allows Arbroath to extend their gap at the top. Home crowds start to dip and return to "normal" levels.

With one match left before the year end however Rovers still remain well positioned to mount a serious challenge for the title in 2015.

Highlight of the Year for me ?

Has to be that opening goal at Ibrox.

Should have been the winner !

All in all a fantastic year for Rovers and lots to be hopeful about for the year ahead.
