BigRubberFist
Not much that can be said at times like this - this is just shocking and profoundly sad news. My thoughts are with the families and friends of those who have been affected by what appears to been a dreadful accident.
RJM77
That's horrible, especially at this time of year, RIP and condolences to those and their families. According to the Daily Mirror casualties into double figures, horrible.
DAFC
First instinct for me was some sort of heart attack or something wrong with the driver. Surprised that the vehicles don't have some sort of safety feature to stop this? Just a tragic accident.

It would be impossible to really integrate anything that would stop a vehicle in this situation tbh

sergie's no1 fan
Sky news are so amateurish. The reporter asking asking an eye witness for details after she said it hit into a baby in a pram, asking the daftest questions. Do these people not get training for these kind of scenarios? The presenter also calling Jim Murphy the First Minister. Clowns.

Karpaty
My regular drinker in Glasgow is Georgics, the Millenium hotel bar just at the other end of the path from where the bin lorry crashed into. Absolutely tragic news.
