Kyle
This incident, Zagreb, Tynecastle ... and that's even before the meeting with Rangers. Put this vile club out of it's misery. They should be made to start again in League 2.
H_B
"number of questions remained to be addressed, such as how the weather conditions may have affected Logan’s ability to hear what was said, the fact that the appellant is Bulgarian and that English is not his first language, and the unusual and improbable nature of the complaint. " What was unusual or improbable about a Celtic player behaving like a subhuman cretin?
P45
From Facebook - Tonev said to Logan 'Do you know anywhere I can get some black c**t?'.
H_B
Surprisingly, in leading the appellant’s evidence relating to his understanding of language, his solicitor appears to have concentrated on his lack of understanding of the meaning of the word "c***" Hmmmmmmm.... how curious..... why could this have possibly been??? The Tribunal regarded his version of events as "an inherently improbable account". Ah.
The Real Saints
We would like to make it clear that at no stage was it ever suggested that Shay Logan had made any false allegations. However, Aleksandar Tonev’s position consistently has been that he did not say the words that were alleged to have been said and that he is not a racist. So you are suggesting that Shay Logan has made false allegations then.. This Celtic statement is full of contradictions. I found the closing paragraph particularly amusing (If you didn't laugh, you'd cry). As we have said many times before, racism has no place in football and as a Club which has been open to all ever since its formation in 1888, Celtic abhors racism of any kind. Clearly, Aleksandar continues to have our full support.
Sherrif John Bunnell
It appears that Celtic replaced that dead QC with Lionel Hutz.
thisGRAEME
The notes from the tribunal are hilarious Sounds like Tonev had Saul Goodman representing him.
yoda
Who will be the first Celtic fan to cry "racism" over the tribunal trusting an English speaker as opposed to someone who doesn't speak English as a first language? Also the weather thing:
