The labour woman is way out of her depth here. She's just parroting party lines, and contributing very little.

Caroline Lucas is the only clear voice of reason.


As she invariably is, she even managed an accolade from an audience member which was genuine as opposed to partisan brown-nosing.

If only she was in a position of real influence.

The BBC have never and will never accept that the Liberal Democrats are a minor party, and no longer the third party in UK politics. Their promotion of them pretty much amounts to free publiclity and party politics broadcasts.

I get your point about them having 1/3 of the seats compared to the SNP but they did get twice the number of votes.

The been can justify it like they have done previously with UKIP.

Also, in this case they are the anti Brexit reps. (for England).
