How can this man still be in a job given his inability to find a sponsor for the top flight (previously) and now the entire league system? He desperately tried to bend rules to help out the new Rangers and spent the best part of a few weeks and months around that time talking down the very league system which he is employed to talk up? As above, it's frustrating because these people are taking the piss out of Scottish football. For example, is it too much to ask for the transparency of what went on in the tribunal between Dundee United and Sevco, with the justification behind the price? If that is released I withdraw that particular criticism. We need someone who isn't scared to stand up to certain characters/clubs/businesses and actually do their job. Casual Bystander Posted December 9, 2014 Share Posted December 9, 2014 It amazes me how bad a job Doncaster has done, he talked down our game when it needed support the most, has consistently failed to get a main sponsor and lied to our faces in regard to league reconstruction. He is a massive disaster. However the people who are to blame for this are the club chairmen, they keep him in his role. What I don't understand is that it's all fine and well having a fall guy in place and taking the heat off them, if you were to get someone who is genuinely good at the job in all the clubs would benefit.
