Boostin' Kev
Posted a pair of Blazer mids I got delivered on Friday, couple pages ago. Thought about getting these before If you're not using them for skating and don't mind mids there's some decent non SB Blazer 77s.
Smurph
Bought these a while ago which I love, like the 997H in yellow/blue too. Along with some white canvas Vejas. I haven't had white trainers in years and don't understand how people in Scotland can go outside and not get them wrecked. Can maybe wear them twice a year. Loved the look of these but can't be fucked entering a raffle to win a pair of trainers I'll end up getting manky, feel bad when there's people who seem to give a shit about them. Also digging the Nike x Ben and Jerry's efforts. I have a B&J top they'd go with Edited May 19, 2020 by Smurph
Derry Alli
I've never managed to get that Ben n' Jerry's tshirt in my size, you lucky boy. I've got another which is just big coo's arse on the back. No sure on the trainers though.
Boostin' Kev
Local skate shop's doing a Scotland only raffle for the first time for those Ben & Jerry Dunks. Other raffle they have is for England & rest of Europe, nice touch. They'll resell for mad loot.
Derry Alli
Both of today's purchases. For about £85 all in. The bottom ones are corduroy and I was wanting them at full price but a big bit scared they'd get ruined quick. For £40, it's worth the plunge. Away to start selling off my Asics packs.
Wardy
Wife promised me new trainers for my birthday back in April, only got round to ordering tonight. Last 2 pairs of Karhu’s have been the comfiest ever so these will be a delight.

KingRocketman II
I realise that ihe consensus is likely to be "shite retro tracksuit top thread for this pish", but may I also post on here an image of the Sergio Tachini top that I bought along with these beauties: Re the shoes, I recently read on a running blog that a serious runner has gone back to the Saucony 500s for his longer runs as he thinks it is the comfiest shoe he has ever used. he had gone with all the latest developments and releases for the last 5-10 years but never found anything quite as comfortable. he swears that it stands up. I bought mine for "leisure wear" but I might try them out for running see if he is on to something. Derry Alli
Contemplating these.. I'm 50/50. Will be disappointed when they sell out at the price I can get them but I wouldn't pay full price.

Sauconys are really comfy, quite a big sole though which I reckon would be dodgy for fives or uneven surfaces. I don’t run though so should be fine for walking, gave me support when I did my ankle in. Nice top, bought a similar retro one for kicking about the house. Not sure about the zip but it was in the sale.

pub car king
What are saucony like? I've noticed them when I started running and I like the retro look.

I hated my tracksuit top when it arrived. it looked okay (I thought) without a collar in the pic, but looked awful when trying it on. also although a medium was a bit on the tight side.

Their heritage range though tends only to be focused on a few lines like the Jazz and the 500s. As said, I love the 500s and haven't tried them for running yet but I reckon they would be pretty good. Am not sure anyone who runs regularly uses a Classic/Original or a Heritage line shoe though and there is probably a good reason for that. But I am happy to try and break that mould.
Dosser-fae-the-shire
Anyone managed to blag a pair of these? Are those genuine? See Gasp has a song out called Lidl Trainers but didn’t think they were an actual thing.

They are genuine, they were selling for £14 and now idiots are paying £100+ for them in eBay.
