Dunning1874
Obviously I'd rather come back and win the game () but given the choice between a 2-0 defeat or a 6-0 defeat which gets Duffy sacked, I'd go for 6-0.

Poet of the Macabre
I fear the wheels are going to come off after the humiliation of last weekend, but it remains to be seen if McManus can single-handedly drag us to a result again. Wouldn't be at all surprised if we're fourth at the end of the day though. Football fans know.
Dunning1874
Mind there were Morton fans arguing that Jim Duffy was a better option than Stevie Aitken at the start of the season?
mas1707
Ended up being a bit of a Turkey shoot and could have been any number. Sign a couple of players in January for cover and that'll be the title sown up.
Cardinal Richelieu
Couldn't make it down today but heading through to Dunfermline on Tuesday for hopefully our first ever win at EEP. Were the 2 sendings off deserved?

mas1707
First one was really stupid as was for a shirt pull having already been booked. Thought the second was pretty harsh. Didn't look like it to me. Ref was rubbish Morton should have had penalty first half but the ref didn't give it and didn't book the forward for diving but gave stranraer a free kick. Was bizarre. EdinburghBlue
And the sendings off in the 4-0 at Cappielow earlier in the season were ludicrous. Scottish referees are useless. Get used to it.

I was listening to all the naysayers on the other thread. When did we win there?
Clayhole Blue
Cheers CB. Didn't know that... I was listening to all the naysayers on the other thread. When did we win there? Admittedly it was a while ago but we won 4-2 at EEP in League Cup 1st round, 2nd leg in August 1979. 1st leg at Stair Park was 0-0.

Jimmy MCcabe
First ten minutes Morton looked dangerous but ended up looking a one trick pony, punt the ball over the top for the fast forwards to chase. Once Stranraer worked that out and overcame it and took control. It was not a dirty game in any way but both sending off's spot on for double yellow's. Even before the sending off's Morton looked a beaten team and Stranraer should probably added to their tally but given wins against Morton over the years are a rare occurence got to be happy with the three points.
