Dubford don
I would have McInnes, the seethe from the sheep fans would be very pleasing.ye can't even afford to get rid of sally let alone pay compensation to another club.If Mcoist is paid off Ashley will do the paying and pick the next boss. Dr Koop
Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi has turned the job down saying one bunch of fanatics, a Rolex and a business with questionable but lucrative funding streams - when they work properly - is enough, thanks all the same. OTIG_FTOF
McCoist should stay to the Death. It's not as if Sevco are going to last as long as the remaining 364 days on his contract.
hellbhoy
I would have McInnes, the seethe from the sheep fans would be very pleasing. The seethe from the orcs at McInnes rejecting the position to stay at a financially viable club in the top tier looks even more delicious. Not only that, the compensation package is way beyond anything Diedco can afford.

UsedToGoToCentralPark
When you go back to League 2 you could do a lot worse than get Danny Lennon. Knows how to get back to back promotions with next to no cash.
Kamenitza
http://www.oddschecker.com/football/football-specials/rangers/next-permanent-manager See the Paddy Powers odds for Pope Francis have nearly halved from 1967 to 1000. WeeHectorPar
No real need for a manager at the Brox. Just leave the players to their own devices, pick the team they want, play in whatever position they feel like, get subbed when someone has had enough. Let's face it, it won't be much diferent from how they play ay the moment and it will save a hell of a lot of money.

LuoAnLai
Why would any sane human being take this job? Imminent threat of liquidation/administration. 1st team to be sold off wholesale in January. Fans in open revolt and not turning up for games. The previous owner of the club about to turn up in court and rake through the ashes of the last few years of chaos and corruption. At the very least you'd be asking for a year's salary up front for you and your coaching team.

Miguel Sanchez
Rangers have reportedly identified Steve Clarke and Gennaro Gattuso as potential successors to Ally McCoist, following his decision to step down as manager. http://www.sportsmole.co.uk/football/rangers/news/clarke-gattuso-in-frame-for-rangers-job_193875.html Aye, this would be funny. And given his managerial track record it might give Ally's shambles a run for its money.
BigRubberFist
Rangers have reportedly identified Steve Clarke and Gennaro Gattuso as potential successors to Ally McCoist, following his decision to step down as manager. http://www.sportsmole.co.uk/football/rangers/news/clarke-gattuso-in-frame-for-rangers-job_193875.html Gattuso sounds like the man for the job, judging by his most recent management experiences: OFI Crete While managing OFI Crete, in the first few months there were rumours that the players and coaching staff were not getting paid due to the financial situation in Greece. Gattuso lashed out at media saying that he expects 100% all the time from his players regardless if they get paid or not. He then made a bold statement saying that he does not care about the money, but only about the game. Throughout the press conference he controversially threw out curse words and banged on the table. On 26 October 2014 Gattuso tended his resignation as head coach of OFI Crete, following a 2–3 home loss to Asteras Tripoli FC, citing the club's financial difficulties as one the main reasons behind his decision. However, on the very next day he changed his mind after having been successfully persuaded by the club supporters and the board to stay. *edit: beaten to it. Miguel Sanchez
Rangers could probably make the 8 million they need by filming Gattuso's first training session and charging a fiver a head to show it. "Gattuso meets Ian Black, Black leaves Murray Park in several pieces" Yes, this is a nice money-spinner
Jambomo
I would think the cost effective route would be to have Durrant or McDowall promoted to the managers job, this not needing to fork out any additional salaries. Maybe Elbows for player/manager?

RandomGuy.
They could've had Ian Murray in charge since day one, and had a flourishing youthful side playing his attacking style. What a monumental f**k up this whole charades been
