Hillonearth
There was a girl at my school called 'Ski Sunday' on account of her ability to handle two poles at once. We had one called Kit Kat for a different reason. And another one called the Blood Donor. You really don't want to know that story.

tamthebam
Vanessa Mae may be a ski cheat who was the female answer to Eddie the Eagle but Finnish violinist Linda Brava appeared in Playboy so IMHO she's better!

WaffenThinMint
Debatable what's more contemptible, the cheating or the Ski Federation's holier than thou response way too late to try and fool everyone those at the ruling end of the sport weren't party to it. It was a pretty open "secret" in the skiing community that they were doing everything to make sure Vanessa Mae qualified hook or by crook for the extra PR her novelty appearence would bring. It was a one off gimmick, they sold their souls to let it happen, & it's pretty poor form having turned a blind eye to what was self evident they're now trying to pretend this has all been a revelation. I'm sure the skiier who was denied their rightful qualification cares little about this ban - they will never know now how well they may have done.
