Hillonearth
Have they come up with a new for the new park? Dyce Ditch? New Boghead? New Polo Park? If the drainage is as poor as some of the earlier posts seem to suggest, maybe Water Polo Park?
clash city rocker
Might be better if the game was switched, home advantage a plus in the cup and oor record last few seasons is dire.Must stay in the cup until after Xmas at the very least, defeat in this tie would not be acceptable. tamthebam
if they're having drainage problems they just need to put a hole in the middle of the pitch- their ground was called POLO Park after all... .... I'll get me mac......

LeedsPhil
Charlie Gordon Park used to have bad drainage issues so they did extensive work this summer which over-ran well into this season - Newmachar United had to play several "home" fixtures elsewhere. So with that remedial work now done, it's a good choice for a reliable back-up. At the very northern edge of the village, along the last lane on the left (signposted Disblair). Newmachar Hotel pub on the main road, facing the lane end (no real ale though). No spectator cover other than trying to squeeze under the pavilion roof's small overhang. Just flat standing all round. http://nonleaguescotland.org.uk/newmachar.htm Friendly welcome when I went there. Usual tea bar fare.
