Spanish news has gone full-blown Fast Show because somewhere has hit 0 degrees Celcius. Proper rolling news.

Cracking bit where the reporter was picking up bits of ice and holding it to the camera with a face of amazement.

First tornado watch of the year here at the moment 🌪️🌪️

Meh, we’ve already had seven “get in your safe rooms” and four tennis ball sized hail warnings…zero materialized here, but one flattened one of my preferred breakfast joints.

Including the overblown warnings around here…we get stuff, but they take it so far that a lot of people just ignore it now. As for really bigger, Little Rock has that now, looks bad.

Could be an interesting next few days.

I see from the data the Clyde Riviera had a few rumbles earlier on, same with out near Loch Lomand. Looked like brief heavy rain.

Fantastic if anyone can get a photo of lightning in the next few days and put them up here. A moody stormy sunset would be just as good.

Up here in Inverness we can see the smoke from a forest fire to the south at Daviot close near to the A9. Hasn't rained here since early May, we could do with a thundery downpour.
