poity_uk
Can anyone help with naming the players in this photo of Irvine Victoria taken in 1919? It was taken from the Vics' history, written by Forbes Brown.

IrvineVicsMan
I don't know any but I do know Forbes Brown and I'll see him at the football on Saturday and ask him for you.
poity_uk
Thanks, IrvineVicsMan. I've already asked Forbes via his daughter. He was able to give me a couple of names, but I'm now interested in putting names to all the faces, if possible.
Hillonearth
Going by the size of some of those bunnets, there's got to be at least one of them called Oddie...

Dipple burn
Forbes still following the Vics. He did an article on following the Vics for our fanzine "3 in a Row, great laugh especially when he got the arse of his trousers ripped off by a dog in a Dalry pub. Great days the fanzine era! garrellburn
Yeah whatever, the guy knew what i meant. Adamslie having been built almost on top of the Antonine wall, i wasn't sure if you really did mean centurions.
