Look at the young guys who have come into top jobs recently in the juniors and done well... He was assistant at Dalry recently so will have a feel of the management side of things and what way he wants to go..... He has been there, seen and done in the juniors and won every honour going and without doubt holds the title of legend in junior football, just ask any Talbot fan. Having shared a dressing room with him outwith the juniors I have no doubt he will make a top manager and worthy of a punt at a top team.... Why aim low if you're ambitious!!!
