Galloway's first contribution to the debate was worse than his last one.

George, the former Marxist, the supposed Socialist, telling the audience that their decision on how to vote should be determined by the scare tactics of multi-national capitalism.

What a disgrace.

Not surprised that a few of the audience members seemed to be certain no voters yet were woefully un- or misinformed. I had someone saying to me this evening that "they thought I was smart", who went on to alert me to the perils of the banks "moving down south". I explained why that doesn't affect us and then provided the link to Salmond answering the same question earlier, and was met with a response of "why do you believe everything that comes out of his mouth?". Sensational.

Oh George, that's put you beyond the rubicon.

Credibility lost.

Just watching him, there, I think even he realises it too.

I predicted he would adopt his (New Labour/moderate) Labour persona, but he ended embarrassing himself and actually got worse as the programme went on.
