Hedgecutter
A sit-in place on Aberdeen Esplanade called Pizza Hut. So good that they opened up a second branch in Union Square.

Hillonearth
Little Italy in Byres Road used to be amazing, but they're a bit hit and miss these days. Knew a few people who used to trail up from the Southside to go there and drive straight back once they had their order.

endieinreekie
3in1 shop on elmbank street, just off sauchiehall street, was phenomenal. Haven't been there for years though, don't know if it's still open
jock001
Despite being a fried chicken chain, I'd reccomend chicken cottage. Proper hand made base and excellent value. The main problem is they are cooked on one of those conveyor belt 'pizza ovens' which means if you like the base extra soft or extra crispy, tough luck. AMMjag
As always, meat feast from Asda's pizza counter.
Bing (2)
The Asda 'make your own' ones are the dugs. 'Cooked' ones, prob the best I have had was in the 'Best Kebab Shop' I think it's called, on Leith Walk. They also did roast tatties which were braw I cannae comment on how good their kebabs are though, kebabs are just 'wrong'.
Mr Bairn
Top fives forum for this pish Dario's on Lothian road is excellent, in saying that I've always been utterly pished when getting pizza from there so in reality it's probably pretty average, Pizza hut is brilliant ASDA's counter pizzas are fantastic Even the £1 frozen ones in iceland are excellent
Davi3j
Mr kebab in South bridge, Airdrie. They make their own dough for the base. The Asda ones have gone downhill drastically as of late.

Ya Bezzer!
O' Sole Mio on St.Vincent Street does a decent pizza. Nice traditional Italian style pizza. None of this stuffed crust and cheese rammed in every nook.

I had a pizza from here not long ago through Just Eat, I was very disappointed tbh. Heard it was decent. Absolutely agree about the Tatties can't get them anywhere else like that. Love them. If I get a pizza its always from Angelos Chippy, bit greasey but its usually for when I'm hungover so goes down well.
mozam76
Indian takeaways generally do the best pizzas I feel. Although I do enjoy an Asda create yer own, and Papa Johns are braw tae. All are about 8 million times better than Dominos.
