Midweek games etc maybe he'll need rested but playing one match a week there's no reason i can't see him having a great season. They have both had a great end to the season. thanks to Osman Sow for his goals and good luck to him. His short career at Dens produced more goals than I expected when he was announced. I think they have done enough to deserve to be kept on but time will tell if he offers the likes of Hamilton and McDaid a contract too... Ashcroft probably wouldn't start in an ideal world but I'm not sure he's lost a header this season in either box. Fast ball playing defender beside him and we're golden. The Derry Posted May 29, 2021 Share Posted May 29, 2021 Regardless of them both being signed up there's no place in football to stand still, we need to improve on the players in these positions and as tough as it is when they've done us a turn this year they have to know they can't play every week. That late goal vs Raith and his control of the game when he came on vs Killie in the 2nd leg were great, and of course there was the mental scoring streak.
