7-0 victory at home.

United still rooted at the bottom of the table.

Just watched The Smiths Ltd at Beat Generator.

What a weekend………I really should have went to the casino tonight.

Nice one, seen them, going to see The Smyths in May at The Church.

Thank you.

The last 10 days couldn't have gone any better.

2 wins for us - 10 goals scored and goal difference +9.

2 losses for Glasgow Gretna - goal difference -4.

The wheels falling off the Morten bus.

Ayr falling on their faces against Arbroath

The DABs still rooted to the bottom of the Premiership.

And Scotland beating Spain as well!!

Big weekend coming up (aren't they all now?) - must win at Arbroath.  If Thistle could do us a favour on Friday night even better.

Let's get Gayfield rocking next Saturday!!

Anyone that’s bought a ticket for Arbroath, did you get a confirmation email saying that you’d bought a season ticket?!  It says I’ve bought away terracing for our game but the email is talking about season tickets, and there’s nothing that actually looks like a ticket…

If you bought off the Arbroath website, email the club directly, they are normally very good at sorting this stuff out.

Have you downloaded the pdf that should be attached to the email?

if robinson went off with concussion he'll not be playing next week(i think) if not i'd just replace him with thomas and go with the same again...we're much much better when we get at teams..pity we didnt line up like this 6 months ago the cigars would already be out.

Per Bowyer in yesterday's post-match Courier interview:

image.png.b6ff91ac4965a0517b0d1674aba2030d.png

In the DeeTV post-match interview he says "Zach started well, he got a bit of a bang, but I think it was more precautionary coming off than anything. He's sat up there and he's fine now in the dressing room."

Sounds like he's confident Zach is fine so hopefully that is the case, but you just can never be sure with head knocks.

What do we think the chances of keeping Robinson permanently/renewing his loan are if we win the league?

Reckon he'd be a huge bit of business for us staying up next season if we could get that done.

I don't think Wimbledon would be interested in letting him go out on another loan. They'll need to make a decision on whether he's going to play for them or they take a fee.

Would love to see him back next season as I believe he could play in the Premiership if we were to go up. What I would say is that we would need to bring in real quality alongside him as we couldn't rely on what we currently have.

I'd certainly consider keeping Jakubiak on if we keep Robinson, they two seem to be building a very good partnership.

I'd want a better battering ram than Kwame for the top flight and another different type of striker with a bit of pace.

Kevin Thomson declaring he was in for the Dundee job but Strachan very quickly told him he wasn't what we were looking for:

Quote

Kelty were moving into League One, Dundee were in the Championship so they were only a league apart. It wasn't like Barcelona to Musselburgh Athletic. I was obviously an ex-player and knew the club quite well. If they had been looking for my kind of profile it could have been a good match.

But, when I spoke to Gordon, he made it clear a young coach wasn't what they were after and the club were moving in a different direction. I'm not sure many people anticipated Gary Bowyer getting the job but I wish him all the best. It didn't happen for me and you just have to move on and look for the next opportunity.

I would say so too. Jakubiak has really impressed me over the last few games - his ability has never been a doubt for me but getting him fit and consistently playing has. The partnership they've struck up is brilliant to see, I just think we need to strengthen if we were to go up and stay in the league. Excited to see new faces in come the summer however this season pans out.

Yeah, the clear-out and rebuild has me really excited whether we go up or stay down. I reckon if everything goes to plan, Bowyer can build a type of Dundee side we've not seen too often. A big, strong, physical unit that's not always easy on the eye but very athletic and works as a team.

This is where we go wrong every time. These boys are struggling to win the worst championship in living memory, not a chance they can produce the goods week in week out in the premiership.

I know it looks like that but the Championship clubs have given the Prem clubs a run for their money in the cup encounters this season. We gave St Mirren a bit of a fright at love street. We’ll need to keep SOME of the current squad, surely?
