Yes and no.

We've got a Head of Recruitment now and planning has already started for January, so I guess its about muddling through with what we have now until then.

Is that not Scott Boyd?

He's "Head of Football Operations" or something. Took over from Kirsten Robertson.

Think they oversee the day to day running of the club, so Steve Brown doesn't have to be involved with everything.

We hired Stevie Grieve as "Head of Recruitment" at the end of July, which should see us actually plan for transfer windows for a change.

You’d think someone might have said we are likely to lose McCann and a CH in this window. Make replacing them a priority. Maybe he did and he came up with a 30 yo crock and a young lad who doesn’t have a WIKI page [emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]

Yeah, that's why we signed Hayden Muller 2 months ago and played him in Kerrs position more than Kerr this season so far. Muller is both good enough to be first choice, and low profile enough it wouldn't be a problem for him to sit on the bench if Kerr stayed.

As for McCann we signed Charlie Gilmour 6 months ago so he would settle in and be ready to come in.

Dendoncker and MacPherson are simply cheap loans to allow Muller/Gilmour to move up a level in "squad status".

Crawford is in to allow Cammy Ballantyne out on loan.
