Not only the win, but some of the play and fighting spirit. There's been too often in times gone by that we would get out fought against cloggers like Motherwell. The amount of times they booted McCowan was a disgrace. On McCowan; brilliant to see him finally start. We have two genuine threats with him and McMullen on the sides. The both of them should start every week in the wide positions. Big shout out to Fontaine who showed how important he is for us. Brilliant today alongside Ashcroft. While on the defence it looks as though Marshall may well beable to make the step up in leagues. Bring on the Hibees next week then hopefully a large travelling Derry to beat these dirty bassa's once again on their own turf. A few more players to strengthen and I will be even more happier. Yet still us Dees had the good grace not to invade the pitch. Unlike our friends across the road* *to celebrate winning on penalties against Ayr United.
