stu2910
Looking at potential outcomes of the court case, it's hard to see a scenario that wouldn't be great for us, at least as fans if not the club. If Hearts lose we will have an endless supply of laughs, regardless of how that plays out. If they win there are 2 options. Either reconstruction magically reappears, promoting us or leaving a clearer path next year, or Hearts stay up and there are no promotions either which, quite frankly, may leave half our support hospitalised from laughing too much. Time to get the popcorn out. Edited June 19, 2020 by stu2910

Are you suggesting that we would be so petty and vindictive as to take pleasure in the discomfort and misery of others???

Boo Khaki
Voiding the results of the 2019/20 season would be so funny I think I'd end up catatonic. Never going to happen though.

Spikethedee
Looks like, even though we have insurance in place, they won't pay out until a court ruling is issued. Really annoying for the club staff, but pretty much expected from insurance companies (who are miserable gits in general). Amended season ticket costs up too, along with a proper 6 or 12 month finance option, which is welcome news. Nothing in the statement about the possibility of having to make allowances for any legal actions that some (whiny) clubs may be undertaking, but the season ticket page suggest that allowances are being made for at least some games being played behind closed doors, with streaming options available - can only imagine how little chance there is of that working without buffering, crashing and other assorted IT disasters! Still, we do appear to be in better shape than many would have predicted if they had been told what was going to happen... Ludo*1
If we have 13 home games that all fans can attend it works out as £20 a ticket more or less. Bit of a gamble for those that would buy one out of anything other than sheer loyalty.

ScottyG
Just popped in from the seaside league to enjoy a bit of schadenfreude at the expense of all you smug Dundee fans who were so sure that you were financially sound due to having such a wonderful insurance policy!
