Pretty clear Johnson forced a move with his behaviour. It's always for the best to get rid of trouble makers and folk who don't want to be there. If you create a shitstorm in any other line of work you get punted, they don't wait until after they've hired your replacement. 

It's not as if the club wont have players scouted and monitored anyway, that's just due diligence all clubs do. Takes time to enquire and negotiate with a player though, which is what McPake was clearly alluding to.

The Glorious One was reduced to a role as a sub target man to hold the ball up in his last few weeks. Weirdly this worked against Inverness but nobody else, including yourselves. 

Despite the old adage that he never had pace to lose in the first place so shouldn't have declined badly, he is completely done. Unfortunately. He'd still be a wizard at 5s tho.

Our postponed home game against Ayr has been rescheduled to March 10th. We are also playing Ayr 3 days before at Somerset Park. Will be quite the double-header.

I believe our expected incomings tomorrow are Murray on loan from Hibs and most likely Berra from Hearts. Mackie will be going out. Wallace may sign tomorrow but he's a free agent so not so much of a worry. Maybe something else happening BTS, but I guess we'll just have to 'Watt'... and see.

And no, I don't know anything special when I say that.

Had to google that. He’s 26, apparently. Something fishy there, was convinced he was in his late 30’s. Maybe he was held back at school and they got his paperwork wrong.
