What exactly is going on here? I demand an explanation from the club as to why there wasn't the usual hassle to find my details, a computer malfunction that meant my seat had already been allocated to someone else and the vague promise that my ticket would be available "before the new season begins...". When I went in to renew me and my boys season tickets he told me I should have brought id for the kids but I didn't have any as I didn't think I would need it as they have been on the system for a few years as season tickets holders (one is 6 the other is 2) so it's not like they are close to being 11 or 12.. he gave me them season tickets anyway. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
