Sloppy play from Fontaine to give away the ball for the goal, Legzdins should have saved it and Griffiths should never have tried that ridiculous low shot from the free kick. Two pretty poor teams, especially with set pieces. We appear to be falling into the habit of playing reasonably well, not taking chances and losing sloppy goals. They simply aren't good enough on the ball as a trio. Without Adam it's time for McPake to find a new system where Cummings and Griffiths both play. Cummings opened the season with two goals in three games then has been hauled out the team with us now failing to score in three games. Both teams were average today, the gap between our teams are minimal and it landed on their side today due to Butcher going off for someone who could pass the ball. Totally agree, I'd be raging if I was him. Undeserved, especially especially Griffiths is blazing over from yards out. If we're looking for positives then Marshall is looking like he's stepping up his levels this season. Big cup game on Wednesday there's no time to feel sorry for ourselves. Cummings must start.
