What’s the script here Mr Alli?

It was all posted at the time. He went on the drink and destroyed his room.

I’d like to attend, just to understand how your club can avoid another administration.

@Mr. Alli seems to think that this is not an issue. It will be interesting to see the figures for the last financial year. When do you expect them to be out?

https://dundeefc.co.uk/news/club-statement-accounts-2/

The accounts for the year ending 31st May 2019 have been approved and signed by the Directors.

Quite clearly, 2018/19 was a frustrating and disappointing season with the club being relegated from the SPFL Premiership. A loss for the year had been forecast but the actual loss of £1,825,669 was significantly higher than the previous year’s loss (£425,748).

Revenue from the cup competitions was much lower than the year before and gains from the transfers of players were down year on year. Whilst income fell, total expenses increased by around £590,000, with player and managerial wages forming the major part of this increase. In an attempt to avoid relegation, changes had been made to the management team and as the Board supported the new manager in reshaping the playing squad, this increased player wage costs.

Unfortunately, these changes and the additional expenditure failed to prevent relegation and the management team has been replaced, the costs of which are reflected in these accounts.

With significantly reduced revenue from playing in the Championship, the Directors are forecasting another loss for the year to 31 May 2020 and whilst the board strives to ensure that the club gets promotion back to the Premiership, steps are being taken to reduce costs.

You spend a whole day trolling and sending red dots on an online then cry when you yourself are awarded red dots - on an online forum.

Ok. Joking aside how is your new stadium plans coming on at Campderdown Park?

According to Tim Keyes….“As such, 2020 will see the application being submitted for the new stadium complex near Campderdown Park.”

Has this application been submitted?

Your neighbours are saying this….any truth?

Dundee United own Tannadice Stadium outright.
Dundee FC do not own their stadium, they rent it.
When FPS bought Dundee out of Administration they promised to buy Dens Park. They have not done so.
Dundee United also own assets other than the stadium..
Dundee FC do not.
Dundee United's owners have stated that it's their intention to operate the club on the basis of planned success at football.
Dundee FC's owners intentions appear to hinge on the successful construction plan for a new stadium with commercial possibilities as part of the financial plan.
The owners of Dundee FC are on record as saying this plan does not depend on Dundee FC being in the Premiership.
The owners of Dundee United have set a clear business goal of being successful in the Premiership.

Dundee FC have been in Administration twice.
Dundee United have never been in Administration.

If Dundee United were to enter Administration they have assets that might be attractive to a buyer.
If Dundee enter Administration again they have no assets that could be of interest to any buyer.

We have the 2nd biggest budget and finished 2nd

That’s great we’ll easily get in the final of the playoffs and promoted if we get Hamilton then👍

Imagine if the manager had replaced the goalkeeper when virtually the rest of us saw he was a dud. Maybe would’ve won the league. Or maybe even cut out his tactical master strokes on 70 minutes.
