Anyone remember that Celtic fan who once backed out of an argument he was losing in the SPL forum by claiming to have a T-bone steak in the oven?

Great days.

Is that a way of saying his missus was expecting a baby? Pfft, those Catholics and their massive families eh...

I think as long as you can heat meat you can cook it. Steak, Ham, etc. It's not the norm but then what's normal?

I think that is largely untrue, that would suggest being able to microwave everything *shudder*

IIRC he also had a bottle of red wine chilling in the fridge. It was probably seamus tbh, so none of the above actually happened.

Is there a shite thread competition going on between the forum's white noise tonight?

How the hell is frying a messy option?

Frying is always the easiest way to cook sausage. Go and grow a pair.

Sam Giancana, a leader in the Chicago Outfit mafia family, was shot to death while frying spicy italian sausage and peppers in his house.

What a way to go.

A fine mixture of ignorance and arrogance.

Quite feasible to cook square sausage in the oven. problem is it will dry out. To avoid this cook it in a closed casserole dish, some gravy (as has been mentioned) would be good with it to avoid it dring out but if you wish to be more traditional and have it "drier" then just put a little water in the casserole dish to stop the meat drying out.

I also recommend this method if you are cooking venison burgers as they dry out very easily when done under the grill.
