Gayfield
FREE ENTRY - Arbroath vs Celtic XI Friendly - Saturday 19th January - 2pm kick off Arbroath FC are delighted to welcome a Celtic XI to play in a friendly at Gayfield on Saturday 19th January with a 2pm kick off. We are also very pleased to announce that this match is now FREE entry to all supporters. We are enjoying a fantastic season and we would like to allow all supporters the chance to enjoy this match for free. With Celtic taking on Airdrieonians in the Scottish Cup later that evening the Celtic XI will be a mixture up of experienced players not involved in their Scottish Cup Squad and stars of the future. The game will richly benefit both teams and it’s a chance for supporters to watch an exciting game and a chance to watch new Arbroath signings Greig Spence and Luke Donnelly make their home debut. Due to refurbishments going on at Gayfield unfortunately NO Bars will be open on Saturday. We hope to see you there! C’mon the Lichties!
Lichtie78
Raging we have replaced good honest local laddie Kane Hester with someone who doesn’t even have a DD postcode [emoji35]
1320Lichtie
What a fucking squad we have, actually looking so good on paper. Replacing Smith and Hester for Donnelly and Spence just pushes it up a notch even further. Also fair play to the club for making it free tomorrow, really don't think it was necessary for them to do that
afc_36_0
Great signing, no idea how we’re gonna keep all our attacking players happy but we’ve got so many good attacking options [emoji106]
stan3600
Great signing. Now just need a backup defender. Is Toshney fit and ready to play again?

lichtie23
Raging we have replaced good honest local laddie Kane Hester with someone who doesn’t even have a DD postcode [emoji35]We need a stipulation in the contract that if you sign for the club then you must move to the area. We are a local club, with local fans who need local players
superlichtie87
Wonder if Doris might go out on loan to get some more game time seeing as we have 5 strikers now or will McKenna be moved back into midfield which will mean even less game time for Kader and Denholm.

Leicesterlichtie
Another great coup from Campbell. If he can nab a versatile defender, then we should be nicely set up for the remainder of the title winning campaign.

Lichtie78
Hope the new players are allowed to play against Forfar. Noticed in the paper the other day that Alloa have agreed to a Gentleman’s agreement with St Mirren not to play Jordan Kirkpatrick in their match tomorrow.
