Plesslitchie
Spence is looking sharper and obviously can see goals which I’m delighted about but to be fair I could of scored them last night. He would work well playing off someone else but 100% not a lone striker
Hammerafc
I don't see Spence as a lone striker either but the most important thing for any striker is to get on the score sheet regularly, this leads to confidence which normally leads to better performances overall.
timlichtie
There was a lot of energy in our midfield last night. Gold, McKenna, and the new boy Murphy were very combative. It certainly helped Wilson settle in with that level of protection in front of the defence. Good to see Spence score, should boost his confidence.
Smokerson
Not sure what we are expecting from Spence, he is a penalty box poacher, he has got himself a lot sharper and seems to be ruffling up defenders. Lets see how he does.
Hello Sailor
anyone got a rough idea when the highlights might be up?
Lichtie78
Would be quite keen to see us play 4-5-1 at times this season. Doris up front is capable of holding and linking play, and Whatley IMO plays his best football as part of a midfield 3. Whatley and Murphy as the deeper sitting two, with Gold/McKenna/Swankie (Although I cant see him doing much this year) as the more attacking option. Priority right now has to be an attacking player, whether that’s a winger or a striker (both imo). There’s no guarantee Linn will replicate his form from last season, and we all know Omar’s strengths do not lie in changing games. Stewart nearly back from injury so hopefully he can get some game time & form.

On the evidence of the games so far I think we can be pretty confident that both Bobby and Omar are at last season’s level. With Stewart also able to play on the wing I think another striker would be the priority.
RedLichtie86
Highlights were up but have been taken down for the time being. Copyright issue. The guy is working on them just now to get them up again.

Need a lot better to trouble teams going forward this season, so far we've only played pre season friendlies and 2 League 2 teams

(Stirling knew there was a spy in their camp so they were playing thunderstruck to block the video.) Probably another hour on uploading and downloading between me and the club.

Smokerson
Looked more like a 4-2-3-1 last night than a 4-5-1. Looked very similar formation to Raith away last season which was the only time we came away from 4-4-2
Smokie_Bacon_crisps
Massive, MASSIVE thanks to @LeodhasXD for all his hard work in first filming, editing and uploading the footage, then to re-edit to remove the music played at Forthbank at start. Thank you kind sir!
afc_36_0
Highlights package is much appreciated. Some good goals from us. The miss from the stirling boy is unbelievable, a yard out and he smashes the bar[emoji23]

Leicesterlichtie
Quality highlights, thanks for your time & effort. Cool, calm finish again from Hammy, similar to that winner v Raith.
