RANGERS AWAY

Recommended Posts

Queen of the South have today announced that for their forthcoming away game at Ibrox on 30/8/14

the number of ticket available for the away support will be less than 1000 (police advice)

This will be the case for all Rangers home fixtures for the rest of the season

given that there was 40000 empty seats at the same stadium on monday night v clyde

cant help feeling somethings wrong here

Can't remember the last time there was trouble at a QoS game involving our fans. A guy did drop a pie once and a seagull looked threatening ( allegedly) and another time I think a wee boy had a foot up on a seat and was pounced on by the stewards. Apart from that...

The police really don't want to encourage too many spectators, they can only cause problems.

The impossibility of Plod doing a realistic risk assessment on a game by game basis is as unsuprising as it is depressing.

think they are worried you'se will get overexcited at being in a stadium that is half decent and makes noise.
