To prepate for their cup replay

As for the game against Irvine Vics well it was never really a contest as Hurlford were 4 up by half-time and it probably should have been a lot more in the second half Vics began to look a lot more solid and created a few chances but you got the feeling by then Hurlford had taken their foot off the pedal.

Spot on.

No disrespect to Irvine Vic's but it could and should have been 8 or 9 by half time.

Vic's certainly had their chances and should have scored 2 or 3 especially late in the 2nd half when Brown was lobbed and the ball came off the bar!

It was mentioned last night that both the Meadow and Ardeer games are due to be played on Monday and Wednesday of next week but still to be confirmed on website.

Started with a strong side even though we were missing a few players. Boyd was sent off on the 28th minute and this was where Tucker came on as Young was struggling after picking up a knock. Leishman came on with 10 minutes to go after replacing the impressive Wilson. Tucker played as a right/left/centre mid/defender/striker position and at 45 he was still going when some of the younger Kirk players were going down with cramp. Jose Quetongo was a joy to watch when he came on, I have still to see someone that enjoys his football as much. Muirkirk will never be world beaters but the wee man has them playing the ball to feet. Hope they do well.

DP, wiki says he's nearer 50, this week in fact!

wiki also says jose quitongo is 5' 8"
