kennysmassiveego
Bringing the sport into disrepute imo, Killie fans should form a petition. How do you form a petition ?

RandomGuy.
really?! http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-transfer-news/michael-ngoo-sets-sights-challenging-4055382 It is good to be back in Scottish football and I'm looking forward to the future," the former England Under-20 player said. "It is a new chapter for me. I am looking to bring goals and compete for the league. "I don't see any reason why this bunch of players including myself can't compete for the league. "If we beat every other team, then it's down to Celtic, if that makes sense. "I watched them (Kilmarnock) play against Aberdeen and there wasn't much in the game so I believe that if everyone gets their head down and works hard, I don't see any reason why we can't. Blue and white stripes
Looks like with his initial comments and this 'arrest' if true that the media may have their new Killie media darling to give them some print and replace King Kenny Shields who was never shy of some controversy/outrageous comment
Mr. Mojo Risin'
Having just seen his recent comments, he's probably been sectioned under the mental health act rather than arrested.

Kitty_Boy
If this is true, and it's still a huge if, then it's hardly crime of the century though is it? Refusing to buy a lemonade isn't quite in the Goodwillie/Evans/McGowan category is it? A court appearance for refusing to buy a lemonade - what is this country coming to? #justiceforngoo
Confidemus
It's all part of the Kilmarnock entertainment experience. No longer will St Johnstone v Killie be the "Zzzzzzz derby".

Quitongo's Left Peg
He was at court this morning so a would say yes. He didn't appear in court. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scottish-news/kilmarnock-striker-michael-ngoo-spends-4071045 "A STAR SPFL striker spent a night in the cells following a run-in with staff at a pub who accused him of watching their TV for an hour without spending any money at the bar. Giant Kilmarnock striker Michael Ngoo, 21, had allegedly been watching his old club Liverpool’s match against Southampton on televison at Smiths bar in Ayr on Sunday afternoon. And it’s alleged he became agitated when staff challenged him for not buying anything to eat or drink. Police were called when the 6ft 6ins player was said to have refused to leave. Ngoo, who signed for the Rugby Park side just a week ago on a two year deal, is currently staying at the Mercure Hotel next door. He was charged by police for refusing to leave licensed premises when asked, resisting arrest and uttering a threat to a member of the bar staff. On Monday morning Ngoo was taken to the cells beneath Ayr Sheriff Court and was expected to appear cuffed in the dock in the afternoon. But at 2.15pm he was released from custody at the prisoners' entrance. Kilmarnock Chairman Michael Johnston had reversed his black Mercedes right up to the back door and Ngoo jumped into the passenger seat. He pulled up his hood to try and conceal himself as he was driven back out onto the road. Later a Crown Office spokesman said: “The Procurator Fiscal at Ayr received a report relating to an incident involving a 21-year-old man that allegedly occurred in Ayr on 17 August. “After full and careful consideration of the facts and circumstances of the report, the accused was liberated from custody and did not appear in court. “The case remains under consideration by the Procurator Fiscal”. Ngoo made his debut for Kilmarnock at the weekend away to Ross County and claimed he can help them win the Premier League. He had signed on a two-year deal. Club chairman Michael Johnston said: “Michael Ngoo was released on an undertaking and will appear in court at a later date if required to do so following a review by the procurator fiscal. “At the moment it would be inappropriate to go into details of the case.” And a member of staff at Smiths added: “We will not be making any comment.”
