newcastle broon
Canny complain tonight done 2 lines 1st one useless 2nd one Middlesbrough 1/2 Hull/wolves over 1.5 goals 2/5 and over 1.5 goals in Dagenham/Ebbsfleet at a massive 13/8. I thought it was some kind of mistake and it was gonnae be some kind of certainty that be less goals. I Iooked at the odds before they kicked off and it was 2/9. Final score Dagenham 3-3 Ebbsfleet. Somebody is gonnae get their arse kicked tonight. Get it right up ye Betfred Edited August 15, 2017 by newcastle broon

BinoBalls
On 14/08/2017 at 18:58, BinoBalls said: Raith Rovers to beat Brora by more than one goal (Evens, or 11/10) I was concerned that Raith might rest a lot of players so I took the liberty of watching the interview with their assistant manager on raithrovers.net today (when I should have been listening to an horrendous conference call). They seem to be preparing for it like any other game and no mention was made of changing the starting XI. Although I expect they may rest 3 or 4, they are a full time club and they recently dispatched Buckie 1-6 in the league cup. Now, Brora have been pretty useful in the Highland League over the last few seasons, but that's still a level below League 2. They also have a 4 hour bus journey to Kirkcaldy to negotiate during the week. The home win is 2/5 but I fancy Raith will win by a few, so my bet is Raith to win by at least 2 goals. Alloa to win away to Dundee U20s (11/8 with McBookie, 5/4 elsewhere) Less confident of this and I'll probably wait to hear the team news from Alloa before I place a bet. But if you look at last season's cup, the various U20 teams on the whole faired pretty badly. There were exceptions -- such as Hearts U20s coming from 2-0 down to win at Stirling Albion, but we fielded a second string and got what we deserved. If Alloa put out most of the their first team then they should take care of the Dundee youngsters. Especially given last season, Dundee U20s only won 2 of their home league games all season (2016/17 U20 league table). Granted their team may have changed, but the U20 league hasn't even started yet so they'll likely not be as sharp as Alloa. The Wasps haven't been on fire this season by any means but I can't see past them here I'd make them about 8/11, so 11/8 looks like a good bet. Oh my Lord I do believe they both came in. I shall now reluctantly accept all adulation.

welshbairn
Don't know why I bother with the Europa League, but trying this with a free bet.
alta-pete
No one like a smart arse. I do. Particularly when he has the generosity to share in advance. Keep it up@binoballs. Not so much of a fan of the characters (me included) who don't have the courage to post their opinions in advance. But then you'll notice I'm also not a prolific contributor to the Win Counter thread, so probably for the best...

I think it would cruel to post my tips, and share your respect, love and undying devotion to @BinoBalls till he fucks up. Hopefully people don't confuse my posting bets with tips, which they certainly are not, if I occasionally post a tip I always apologise after.
welshbairn
10/1 for Everton away to Man City, 7/1 for DNB. This is not a tip.

Twinkle
Got 18/1 on PP for a red card, penalty awarded and woodwork hit. Just waiting on the ref giving City a penalty to even things up..
CM.
Hull look massive away at Doncaster tomorrow. I know league cup and all that and probably numerous changes but still finding it hard to resist. Charlton were a similar price at Exeter in the last round and won 2-1 after me deciding against betting it
NorthernJambo
Prefer the look of Derby (4/7, away to Grimsby) and Burnley (13/10, away to Blackburn). Hesitant as it's the cup though and they're will be second string squads and upsets.
spud131
Whilst far from a certainty, Ipswich away to Crystal Palace is 11/1. Ipswich unbeaten so far and palace been fairly rotten so far.
wickerman
Ipswich not playing any players who started on Saturday
KnightswoodBear
Nottingham Forest are 7/1 away at Newcastle tonight. Seems a huge price considering they've started well in the Championship and Newcastle have looked dogshite so far in the Prem.
Bully Wee Villa
I suppose it depends whether Forest's reserve team is as good as Newcastle's.
