The closest we got was 79/80 season. We led the league for a while but faltered with some poor results against Morton and Hibs who were relegated. The reason you don’t remember is that your team was not even in the top league. We played an important game against Aberdeen at the tail end of the season at Pittodrie which we lost 2-0 which ultimately killed our challenge.
