Wee_albert
All the action in this game came and I use the word action sparingly came in the first half. The Albert scored with their first attack of the game when after 10mins James McGill was brought down in the box and scored from the resultant penalty. Within 5 mins the Gow were level when poormarking by the Albert allowed a simple tap in for the Gow. The Gow went in front 5mins later by an almost identical goal again after poor marking by the Albert. With the first half coming to an end the Gow scored a third which killed of the game with the Albert looking to go in one down and with the wind at their backs they let a back post header allowed a ball to be headed over the line from 5yds. The second half was a non event with neither keeper being tested. In fact neither keeper made a save of any note. The Albert will be hoping to get some of their injured players back and also back from holidays for the next game against the Thistle but the most important thing is that they get everyone fit for the start of the league.
