sleazyg
Does anyone know if YMCA are looking for players because I know a couple of lads that are looking for a team and they are decent players?
Slaya84
Looks like they need some better players from the results they have had! However, it might just be first season jitters. Time will tell!
sleazyg
I thought that myself. That's why I asked. Do you know who the manager is or who to get in touch with about training?

Mr_smith
Manager is Stuart gall, you'll find him on facebook. A few bad results but they've quite a few cracking young players there and with davie irons there signed and helping out they'll improve.

Mysteree
Is it true the ym got drawn against Gretna in the cup??? Haha where's the game getting played at?? the oval??
HibeeJibee
Bit harsh !! Interestingly, among the very first South Challenge Cup ties played was Dumfries FC 1-10 St Cuthbert. This was surpassed as competition record the next season by Craigroyston 12-0 Creetown then the next by Peebles 0-13 Stirling Uni (which remains the record). Gretna hashed Fleet 12-3 in 2012-13. HibeeJibee
Tie in question is not until Saturday 15th November, so a long way ahead. An awful lot can happen in 3 months. Have they strengthened for SOS football?
