Have Celtic Managed...?

Recommended Posts

...to appoint a worse manager than Neil Lennon? Deila looks like he doesn't have a clue. His team looks all over the shop, defence is woeful, no real great signings of note and Celtic's best players are offskis due to Deila and Celtic's disastrous Champion's League campaign which is looking all but over. The team Deila has put out tonight looks completely imbalanced and one of the weakest I've seen in some time.

Could this be John Barnes level of hilarity?!

Ronny to get the bullet at end of season. New league winning manager Paul Hartley to be offered the job but tells them to ram it as he wants to sample Champions League football.

Lennon will be back by the end of the season imo.

Was pretty sure he would have landed a job in England, still think he will get a championship job there and when ever there is a managerial casualty his name will be among the favourites. Hope to god he doesn't come back to Scotland

The new Tony Mowbray.

I give it 5 weeks before they are throwing the scarfs on the pitch.

Very, very pleasing.

They were already getting chucked off the top tier by the 80 minute mark tonight :(

Celtic have appointed Ronny to finally get Lennon over with the naysayers amongst the non-brigade support.

Expect a return from the ginger one during a heel promo post-match from his successor. Music kicks, lights go out, pyro blast - contract match at depresstlemania...

Then Grado and Jack Jester turn up and give him a kicking ICW ICW

Was a risky appointment, at the right time to take a risk. A lot of folk seem to forget just how woeful Celtic were in Europe last season. That Legia team would have humped them in qualifying then. Christ, they even made Bangura look like a decent player for Elfsborg. It's clear that the players are incapable of playing the game the manager wants them to. They either need to back the manager and bring in players who can, or the manager needs to change his approach. I would expect it to be the first option there, as the whole point of bringing this guy in was to change to the sort of thing that Deila is trying to bring in.
