interested to see the predictions, Hawick 1-3 Heriot-Watt, was the most correct prediction,

I calculated a table for you, which is as follows,

1. Jute 36 pts inc 2 correct scores

2= Sunlightstar 21 pts

2= Young Pretender 21 pts

4. Snowball 19 pts

5. BassRock 17 pts

6. Hunter 14 pts

7=Albaallin 13 pts

7=Heedthebaa 13 pts

9. Newboy 12 pts

10. tynie1874 3 pts

What are the qualification rules from this year's Qualifying League groups?

There are 2 groups of 4 teams and 3 groups of 3 teams. I'm guessing it's Quarter Finals as the next stage but how are we getting down to 8 teams?

Top two from groups of 4 and winners of groups of 3 plus best runner up. Would have been better with 3 groups of 4 and 1 of 5. top two then going through but this is eos after all

Would have been better scrapping it and going knockout only with one league of 17 teams.....

It clearly couldn't have been 3 groups of 4 and 1 group of 5 - the last group would have needed to start a week before everyone else, or have played Sat-Mon-Wed-Sat-Mon?

According to the (old) EOS website most clubs wanted to keep 2 divisions. And afterall 1 division would've meant a monumental 34-date long league.

Tbh, I think this EOS Qualifying League model is certainly much-improved on last year, the 8-match groups played across the season were OTT.

Quite simply copied Cicero on the LL website,

1 point for prediction correct number of goals fof each team, 0, 1 or 2 points possible

3 points for predicting correct outcome 0 or 3 points possible

3 points for a correct scoreline 0 or 3 points possible

2 points for correct goal difference 0 or 2 points possible

Max points available in one game 10
