It's Rosie Jones, a "comedian" who definitely didn't get on TV by having cerebral palsy and being gay. She doesn't even seem to be one of those comics who's funny off the cuff. Aye that's why I don't like her on shows, she's been on the Frankie Boyle show 'New World Order' a couple of times and it just doesn't flow as well when she's on.
